The Production Book

The Production Book puts what is on your board into one printable book: shot lists, call sheets, schedules, timelines, Day Out of Days, storyboards, your own tables, and any documents already on the board. Folders are included.

Only what you filled in prints. Empty rows and columns are left out, and a template nobody has touched is listed as Empty and left out unless you tick it.

Export a book

1. Click Production Book in the top bar.
2. Under Contents, tick what goes in and use the arrows to set the order.
3. Pick a look. Binder is dense and page-numbered, for set. Deck is roomier and leads with images, for pitching.
4. Open Cover to add a byline or a cover image from the board. Without one, the cover shows the board name.
5. Click Export PDF and choose Save as PDF in the print dialog. Preview opens the book without printing.

Each export reflects the board as it is at that moment. Nothing about the book is saved, so export again after you make changes.
