Saving, sign-in, missing tools, and what Shotwright does and does not do.
My changes do not seem to save
Check the save indicator in the top bar. Changes wait and retry when the connection drops, so a short outage usually clears on its own. If the error stays, keep the tab open and check your connection.
My sign-in link or reset email did not arrive
Check spam and promotions folders, then request a new one. Links expire, so use the newest email.
I do not see the Voice note tool
Voice notes need speech recognition, which some browsers do not have. Try a current version of Chrome or Safari.
I cannot find Generate on my document cards
AI-written documents are switched off for now. Your existing documents stay readable and editable. Use templates for shot lists, call sheets, and schedules.
How do I get the AI agent?
It is in early access by request. Email hello@shotwright.com.
Does Shotwright generate images or video?
No. Shotwright organizes what you bring to it. It never creates images, video, or audio.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Settings, then Data, then Export, any time.
